I can now confirm that switching back from jboss-jsf-api_2.3_spec-3.0.0.SP02.jar (wildfly-19.1.0) to jboss-jsf-api_2.3_spec-3.0.0.SP01.jar (wildfly-19.0.0) fixes this issue.
