[jboss-l10n] Translate "Installation and Getting Started Guide" to Brazilian Portuguese

We are using KBabel at this moment, from FC9, a new "Lokalize" tool has been introduced but so far it only has part of the fuctionalities of Kbabel.

To use Kbabel, you need to install RHEL5 or FC8 or earlier version.
