[jboss-osgi-dev] Initial R5 Framework implementation

Folks,

I put together the first cut of an R5 Framework implementation.
All the existing R4.2 tests pass. There however a few R5 APIs that are 
not yet implemented.

Guillaume, perhaps you could check jbosgi-framework-3.0.0.Alpha1 against 
Karaf-3.3?
