Not yet. It will be in 1.2.0.Beta, which is scheduled for fall: http://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBMESSAGING-127

If you need this functionality in Messaging faster, you have a couple of options: either implement it and submit a patch or vote for the JIRA issue. This will raise its priority.
