[jboss-user] [EJB/JBoss] - Deploying EAR

After deployed the Ear , and started the jboss.. It creates the tmp folder under default directory, There all the jar files and jsps are found, I just replace the jsp and the changes reflect on the browser, Is it possible to replace the jar file and get the chenge done with out re-deploying the Ear file. Please give the Solution.... ?
