Tomcat port is definitely one thing to change, which you can modify in server/default/deploy/jbossweb-tomcat.sar/server.xml
For the rest of the ports that might conflict, run a nmap to see what ports are exposed and change them accordingly in jboss's jboss-service.xml in server/default/conf.
