if the Jira there is a jbpm project and a webinterface component. Some of the issues mentioned there are related to this issue. The target is 3.2 for which there is a roadmap in the jira and information on the wiki. An explicit issue for creating a 'custom' form per task is indeed not in the jira. I'll create one so it also shows up in the releasenotes.
