WebSphere does not yet support EJB3, and we did not yet do the (small) amount of work required to integrate JBoss Embeddable EJB3 in WebSphere so no, not yet.

If someone wants to contribute WebSphere support for E-EJB3, that is a fairly easy task, and I can give guidance.
