There is no implemented way to do any of the following:
  - find a remote server
  - start a remote server
  - stop a remote server
  - copy a file to a remote server
  - twiddle a remote server
  - create a remote server
  - talk to an already-in-existance remote server
  

In short... if its not on your machine, it does not exist.
