your java_home seems not right to me

  JAVA: C:\Sun\SDK\jdk\bin\bin\java 

should be 
  JAVA: C:\Sun\SDK\jdk\bin\java

you should give java_home to just the jdk installation like   JAVA: C:\Sun\SDK\jdk

I think that should fix things for you.
