The quotes go around only the object name - move the method name out of the quotes.  Like this:

twiddle.sh -s jnp://10.10.25.40:1099 get "jboss.management.local:name=ejb/SeakeyIncomingMessageParser,J2EEServer=Local,EJBModule=SeaKeyBackEndModule.jar,J2EEApplication=ejb.jar,j2eeType=StatelessSessionBean" stats
