[jboss-user] [EJB/JBoss] - How to find the current thread in Jboss

Hi,
 I am running Jboss 3.0.8 application server. It occupies around 200MB. Once in a while, it shoots to 1GB and runs out of memory. 

I want to find out the current thread that is running to be able to debug this issue.

Any help is really appreciated.
