Koen's Announcement wrote : Both GPD releases are build and tested against Eclipse 3.2 and WTP 1.5.

Says nothing about 3.0.10 for 3.1.x, anyway, I tried 3.0.10 for Eclipse 3.1.2 and it still didn't work :(
