[jboss-user] [JBoss jBPM] - how to has variable of task controller (in processdefinition

I am new about jbpm. In processdefinition.xml, there are task instanaces. How can I obtaion controller that has multiple  values? Like combobox in html.

for example :
task -> controller -> variable name = "color"

variable color may has red,yellow,....
