This is annoying. I can set either the content type in the meta tag, or by using a page directive in the JSP eg: 

<%@page contentType="application/xhtml+xml;" %>

but in both cases the browser is still seeing the content type of the page as text/html.  (Look at firefox menu item Tools->PageInfo)

Is JBoss or the Portal app determining content type somewhere else?
