Try setting UseJBossWebLoader = true.  See http://www.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=ClassLoadingConfiguration

Also, you shouldn't package all those MyFaces jars and its supporting jars with your web app.  They are already packaged with JBoss in the jsf-libs directory.  See http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=JBossWithIntegratedMyFaces
