I have a problem similar to yours. I think i installed everything rightly but when i logged in as Admin I can't use the Portlet Manager and the User Manager. The Role Manager works proper and writes all new Role into MySQL DB!
I'm using MySQL 4.1 and JBoss Portal 2.4!
Has anybody any Hints?
