[jboss-user] [Management, JMX/JBoss] - How to send a notification from one web app to another?

 I have deployed two web applications as wars to JBoss and both can modify a configuration file. I want them to notify each other when one modified the config. How do I achieve this using JMX? I'm using Jboss4.03sp1 and jdk1.4.2
