[jboss-user] [JBossWS] - when is the @HandlerChain going to work?

I didn't have good luck getting @HandlerChain to work.  First of all I've to specify the full path to the xml file in the url.  After that I got a null pointer exception.
When is it going to get fixed? If it is already fixed, where can i download it from?
