Well, I successfully tested with:

Windows XP SP2
Sun JDK 1.4.2_10, 1.5.0_07
JBoss 4.0.4.GA, 4.0.3SP1, default configuration
JBossWS 1.0.3.GA
jBPM BPEL 1.1.Beta2

I haven't tried the all configuration. Please try with the default and let me know whether the problem appears there too.
