I found the sources on the Jboss AS repository in SVN.

According jboss-ejb3.jar sources, here is the svn url to get it:
http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/jbossas/tags/JBoss_4_0_4_GA

Be carefull, this url gives sources implemented in the JBoss 4.0.4GA version.
If you're working with another one, change je version in the URL.
