I just looked. It is still there.  On the JBoss AS downloads page,select 4.0.4. On the SourceForge download page, 4.0.4.GA shows up. (You could also click on the "Click here for older versions" link at the bottom of thep age to see all versions, including 4.0.4.GA and 4.0.5.CR1)
