(1) Remove this line from components.xml:

<property name="myFacesLifecycleBug">true</property>

(2) Remove all the Tomahawk crap.

(3) If that is not enough to solve the problem, replace your SNAPSHOT builds of stuff with the supported versions which ship with JBoss 4.0.5 and Seam 1.1.BETA1.
