[jboss-user] [JBoss Portal] - Forums 2.4 and Portal - Guest newtopic and reply option

I would like the newtopic and reply options to be available for guests viewing the forums.  Where do I update the privileges for forum users so it will work that way.  For Nukes, this could be done through the web interface but I don't see a web interface option for 2.4 Portal Forums.
