Try this:


  |                                 "<task-node name='DeclarationSinistre'  end-tasks = 'true' >
  | 				  <task swimlane='Assurimo'>
  | 				      </task>
  | 				   <transition name='' to='EnregistrementSinistre'>"+"</transition>"+
  | 				   "</task-node>"+
  | 

This will end all task instances created in the node, so after this node there should be no instances assigned to 'Assurimo' swimlane.
