I download the starters-kit and with jbpm-3.1.2 and jboss-4.0.4.GA it did not work until I changed jboss-4.0.4.GA to the previous version jboss-4.0.3SP1 but I do not really know why it does not work with 4.0.4.GA at least in my computer?.
