Specify the location of the WSDL document that describes your web service in the  element of bpel-application.xml as described in the user guide.

The above instructions apply regardless of what technology was used to implement the service. It could be a servlet, an EJB, a .NET component or another BPEL process. The implementation is irrelevant, only the WSDL definitions matter.
