Again, read the forums.  The way you launch JBossAS is now different in 2.0.0 than previous versions.  The launch configurations uses the Server stuff in Eclipse 3.2.

I use 2.0.0.beta with 3.2 for launching JBossAS (and to debug an EJB app I have) and it seems to work nicely for me.
