This is the same error I got last weekend.  See this post http://www.jboss.com/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&t=80525&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=10 for more details.  The root cause is a class not found error (I found that out by printing out the exception that gets swallowed at DLQHandler.createService()).
