No, only the simple class name, suffixed by 'local' or 'remote', depending on the interface. Also, I think that if you deploy within an ear it also prefixes the ear name (e.g., myear/mybean/local) (haven't done this and its been a month since I went through the EJB3 docs, so my memory might not be that good).
