[jboss-user] [Installation, Configuration & Deployment] - HELP - Problem when starting JBoss in Eclipse 3.2

I am new to JBoss.  I got the server installed but when I start the JBoss server in Eclipse 3.2, and it is starting, I get numerous errors on numerous mbeans that have already been registered(?).  Here is just one example of one of the mbeans:

Any help or direction would be appreciated.
