Sorry I didn't nitice your post earlier.

My jboss-app.xml is pretty straightforward:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<jboss-app>
    <module-order>strict</module-order>
</jboss-app>


I am still wondering about module un-deploy order.  Good Luck!
