I'm running JBossAS 4.2.0GA and using the farm-service.
I have clustered two app. servers and the farming is working for the most part, but I get a NPE when the following sequence happens:
1) Kill one of the servers manually (server A).
2) Manually remove all archives in the farm/ dir of server A.
3) Restart server A
4) server A pulls deployments
5) server A attempts to deploy, gets NPE
Here's a partial stack trace from the log:

Any idea what's causing this?
