You need to set all of these system properties:

jboss.server.home.dir
jboss.server.home.url
jboss.server.log.dir
jboss.server.temp.dir
jboss.server.data.dir
jboss.server.config.url
jboss.server.lib.url

Setting a base one, such as jboss.server.home.dir, does not propagate the location to the others.
