The last time I checked it, an AndroMDA cartridge for Seam was under development, but I have no clue about the level of progress. You should go to your discussion board there must be some topics about this development.

Actually I've been developping myself an MDA generator for Seam using Acceleo, for my company, but unfortunately they don't plan to put it on opensource.
