[jboss-user] [JBoss Seam] - Erratic behavior of actions (JBoss AS 4.2.2 / Seam 1.2.1)

Really weird: I have a form that uses an EntityHome extension.  The persist and delete buttons take two or three tries for them to work.  I know this sounds really strange, but I'll have the form up, and click "delete", and nothing happens.  I click again, and it says "successfully deleted".

I'm not sure where to begin on debugging something like this.  Any ideas?
