You need to download jbossws-jboss40.jar from http://repository.jboss.com/jboss/jbossws-jboss40/4.0.5.SP1/lib/
Then copy it to:
- your_jboss_installation_dir/server/default/lib/ (if "default" is the server configuration you're running)
- your_jboss_installation_dir/client/
