[jboss-user] [JBoss Seam] - [Seam] problem with ant explode

Hello,
I am new to JBoss Seam and generate my eclipse project with the seam-gen.

I have the problem, that when I change something in the source the ant build failed.

The error message: 
Directory ...\application.ear\application.jar creation was not successful fo an unknown reason.

I become the same message, when I tried it in the shell with the ant explode command.

Has anyone an idea?
