I dont see any similarity between the original post and your post in this thread. You should have created a separate thread for your question.

As for the exception you are seeing, can you provide more details about the contents of the IPTV3.0.jar? What does it contain?

Also, does your jar contain any timer related functionality? This piece of error string is present in only timer related classes in the JBoss code.
