I checked out the CVS code about 30 minutes ago and I no longer see the exception so things look good.

(It turns out that page scope is too short for what i'm trying to do right now, but that's another story. There are other places where it's going to work, though i can't test one right now.)

Thanks for the quick turnaround.
When might this fix see the light of day in a release?
