I just delayed this mail cause I wanted to test the CVS content before.
Just using cvsgrab (like shiwed in seam wiki :http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=SeamRepository).

Not finished. 

So I'll test tomorrow.
