I found a solution in the end of this page:
http://docs.jboss.org/jbossas/jboss4guide/r4/html/ch9.chapt.html

  1. Delete directory JBOSS_HOME/server/CONF/jbossweb-tomcat55.sar/jsf-libs
  2. Stop JBoss
  3. Delete directories [jboss_home>/server//data,../tmp,../work
  4. Start JBoss

I am usiong JBoss-4.0.3.
