It is not public and it was not tagged in the repository, but other than that, is a fully functional release. You'll find it here http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=JBossMessagingStagingArea, it's jboss-messaging-1.2.0.pre-CR2.zip.
