>From the Error log, I guess that, 

There is no such class called TimerBean inside the TimerBean.jar file.
see the structure of the TimerBean.jar file and post the structure. And, also the ejb-jar.xml file content.

For the netbanking.war error,

There is no class file called EntryServlet inside the the netbanking.war file. Check structure of war file and  verify the web.xml file and post its content.
