Calling

mainDeployer.deploy(new DeploymentInfo(warFile.toURL(), null, server));

also results in the war file being deployed correctly but I still get premature end of file errors if I nest the deployment and I need to nest the deployment.  Do I need to set anything on the DeploymentInfo?
