I am assuming you are using the bundled CMSAdminPortlet to manage the contents in the CMS

If you are doing that, there is a "Create File" option in the 'Select Action' drop down list.

When you click that it brings up a screen that lets you enter various fields to create your new file

These are the fields displayed:

1/ File Name

2/ Description (This is the Description Field that I want you to try)

3/ Title

4/ Language

5/ And then the Text Area for the actual HTML content

followed by the Create and Reset buttons
