So, now i inastalled Eclipse Europa,
dtp-sdk_1.5.zip,
emf-sdo-xsd-SDK-2.3.0.zip
GEF-SDK-3.3.zip
wtp-sdk-R-2.0-200706260303.zip

and after unzip RichFaces-VPE-win32-200707021659-nightly.zip
i can't see Red Hat HTML Editor

Any idea?
