If you do a sleep of 80s in actions, you hold a lock on those... that is NOT what you want... believe me... it does not scale at all... 

Examples often do 'wrong' things..What is the issue here is that there is no wait state where the process is persisted, so everything happens in one 'transaction'... and both update the same token...
