It seems that I found a way:

WEB-INF/jboss-web.xml has to contain:

  <class-loading> 
  |       <loader-repository> 
  |       test:loader=unique-archive-name 
  |       </loader-repository> 
  |    </class-loading>

However now I have:

even if jar is available in lib folder
