I just sent you both a server.log from when I ran the test 4 times.  Worked the first time; failed the last three.  The last failure includes the logging from WebappClassloader that I mentioned in my first post.

Kabir, I'll post back once it's reasonable for you to try to run the test. Probably sometime my tomorrow.
